1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of champagne carried out on this site by Champagne Michel-Gentilhomme.

2. Prices

Prices are stated in euros including all taxes. Champagne Michel-Gentilhomme reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

3. Order

Any order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. The sale is concluded upon receipt of payment.

4. Delivery

Orders are shipped to metropolitan France and countries authorised by regulation. Lead times are indicated at the time of ordering.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.

6. Age requirement

The sale of alcohol is reserved for persons of legal age (18 years and over). By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence.
